The massages are good, even great. The prices are decent too. The service leaves much to be desired. I’ve been to this location twice. The front desk guy is rude, rigid & abrupt.
They say they accept walk ins but I wouldn’t recommend it especially on the weekend. I told him I wanted to walk in but I was strongly encouraged to make an appointment so I gave him my best guess but I had to change it a couple times. The gift card I had had the wrong address printed on it so I was driving around Fair Lawn for 20 minutes looking for the place. When I finally got there & pointed out that the address was incorrect, no responsibility was accepted for the misprint. Not even an empty apology. The response was “this gift certificate is very old” as though the fact that the address was incorrect on a gift certificate that never expires was somehow my problem. So instead of the 70 minute massage that my gift card stated, I got a 50 minute one.
Both times the massages were very good. The first time I went the therapist didn’t speak English which was very frustrating. How can you service me & we can’t communicate with one another? They put me in the room closest to the waiting area & I heard all the other customers, phone calls and staff walking by the curtain edge room. It was distracting.
The second time I requested a room in the back. I’m glad I did. It was much quieter. My therapist communicated well in English. She did a great job following my...
Read moreMassages are one of my favorite things... I have gone to many places, but tonight I tried this place on recommendation. I asked for the new customer 75 minute but was told place is closing at 930 so not enough time, only 1 hour available (at cost of $50 rather than $45 for 75). So fine... massage was very rough and had no rhyme or reason. Very unequal, things done on left not done on right... then when massaging my back, she climbed on my head?!?! Very unique... when using stones she accidentally dropped one on my neck. In the 1 hour no foot massage, which is my favorite part. Also, it was on back only. I have never had a massage that was only had me laying face down. This was definitely the worst massage I have had. I think I'll stick to the place on fair lawn available. Even massage envy was better than this.when I asked the gentleman at the desk why no foot massage was done he said I should have. Asked at the beginning... I have never had to indicate that I wanted feet massaged, therapist did not ask me qny questions about what I'd like done. I do not...
Read moreI’ve been going to this place for probably around 6 years now and I must say that everyone does a great job but my goto person is Rebecca, it would be an understatement to just say that I left feeling amazing , I feel like I am above the clouds everytime I leave from a session with her, I usually book my appointments with her last minute as I do not always know my schedule and they are always superrr accommodating, the ambiance from the second u walk in to the door is super inviting, I always grab a little tootsie roll they have a bowl in the front so u can help yourself, my mouth gets a bit dry during the session so I just keep one in there during my massage and then when your service is complete they are waiting for you in the front with a cute bottle of water to hydrate yourself after flushing out all those toxins. Also I almost forgot; you get a little punch card so Everytime u go they punch ur card and you are one step closer to a free massage🥹. I’m absolutely obsessed and for the price you just can’t beat it. Thank you to the entire staff, always much...
