Natural Way Cafe — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

I use to love this place. But my recent experience with the man behind the counter has made me never want to come again. I purchased a veggie burger and while waiting for it to be made i decided to purchase 2 small packets of tea for $1.50 each. I used my debit card for both purchases and the first time I had to sign something and then when i purchased the packets of tea i noticed that the receipt came out but the man did not hand it to me. I saw him write in the tip section: $1.00. HE GAVE HIMSELF A TIP. For me purchasing tea packets? Makes no sense. He never handed me my receipt and HE TIPPED HIMSELF without my consent. The receipt for the tea packets asked for signature; yet I never signed anything. So now I wonder if my signature was copied from my last receipt or something of that sorts. This restaurant deserves 10 stars!!! This place reminds me of authentic cuisine I've had when traveling abroad. Everything is extremely healthy, full of veggies, and tasty. The staff is so kind. Their little store is so unique and fun to walk around. They carry some products that I've never seen before and I can't wait to return. It's really nice to find a restaurant that tastes as healthy as home cooking when you're not in the mood to cook yourself. I really love that they serve multi grain rice with the meals. I found a hair in my food that I had to PULL out! I have short platinum blonde hair. When I called to confront there was no apology. Just asking if I wanted to change it. I no longer live in that area and I live about 30 minutes away, I was home when I found out. When I explained that, I was told the next time I come in, I get a discount. I repeat, a discount.
