I wish there were a Zero Star rating possible. While traveling from Pennsylvania to Connecticut, We thought to stop at Halal restaurant to do iftar. For starters, place three orders of the platter, two sides, and one wings bowl. I was given only two platters and a wing bowl. One side and platter were missing from the order. After we realized the order wasn't complete and went back to the counter, young but arrogant and very unprofessional said, I never ordered it and never paid for it. While I was claiming I paid for it, I ordered what was missing. I was literally ordered by staff to produce my receipt, and I returned to the table and found the ticket in one of the bags. When I came back, I was informed that, per receipt, my order was served correctly. I told three young kids at the counter that this wasn't the amount I had just paid 20 minutes ago, and I could prove it. After staff almost made me a Thug/Thief in front of everyone in the store, they said they could bring it to my table if I paid more. At the same time, One kind enough gentleman came from the back of the store and looked at my receipt, and asked me my name; upon telling him my name, he said, I am sorry, and the wrong order was out in your bag accidentally please have a seat and they will bring my food. After five minutes, I was littlerly ordered by the young kids to get up from my table, go to the counter and collect my food. What an amazing experience, Mr. Jaffar. These people are playing a very Dangerous game and I say this very unapologetically VERY DANGEROUS GAME WITH THERE LIFE. This is merely a warning to others you don’t have to believe a word I say but I Know what’s going on. These people are tampering with customers who do not leave Tips. Now let me be clear this may not happen on the day shift so please excuse me first shift people this incident occurred at night May 8th don’t recall the time the first Red flag occurred right when I had clicked no Tip b4 paying for my meal I’m at the ipad by the register and in the reflection of the window I see this guy do a swatting motion I noted it but I assumed maybe there was a fly so I go out to my car to wait for my food about 15 min I’m sure the food had been prepared so I go inside to retrieve my food and this lady with mouth full of food chewing it in the most disturbing way as I walked in seemed so eager to hand me my food as another lady starts walking to other co-workers and you could see them clearly whispering amongst each other see i pick up on vibes very quickly and I’m very intuitive and everyone in that kitchen has made eye contact with me and it was clear as day what was going I immediately asked for a refund And as soon as I did that the energy in the kitchen shifted everybody seem to want to be involved and want to know why I wanted to refund this place needs to be investigated before somebody gets...
