NJ Gourmet Meal Prep — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

I follow this place on social media and I always see them posting about their meals and what they have available at their deli so today I decided before the gym to go try them out. The place was a small cute little spot with parking in the back, which was awesome due to where the location is it’s very busy highway. anyways I went in and I ordered a piña colada smoothie, which was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the strawberry parfait, which was delicious and I got chicken Cesar salad to go and the chicken was absolutely delicious the way they seasoned. It was yummy cooked to perfection. I was really impressed with this place. Definitely will be back. Definitely recommend them and I will be trying their meal preps shout out to the guy who helped me today he was so sweet and help me pick out stuff. Between work and the gym, I don’t have much time to cook so I get meals weekly from here. I appreciate the personal attention they give me when I have questions, and more recently, their customization options.

In terms of the food, meals are both healthy and tasty; they also have a wide variety. I really like and highly recommend the Balsamic Steak and the Salmon dishes. You just pop them in the fridge and if you don’t eat them by the recommended date, you can freeze them.

Furthermore, as a local business, I value their responsiveness and in my estimation low carbon footprint. A lot of the larger meal prep brands use a lot of wasted packing material and coolant material to match their sheer scale (which is very annoying to clean up and bad for the environment). I am from out of state and planned to compete in a bodybuilding competition. I ordered A LOT of bulk food to be delivered to my hotel. The manager I spoke with was extremely accommodating despite preparing for a holiday week (4th of July). He was able to modify my order to fit my needs exactly! Unfortunately, I was unable to make the competition due to flight cancellations and delays. I reached out to let the company know even though I knew it was too late to cancel. My intent was to see if they could donate the food and I would take it as a loss. The owner himself called me on his day off and insisted on giving me a full refund despite my refusal.
