Disappointment and frustration towards this company. Our washer had been malfunctioning, producing a strange error and whirlpool recommended this company. Due to the continual beeping, my husband turned off the circuit breaker. The technician arrived and less than 10 mins, claimed it was an electrical issue as he couldn't get the washer to turn on. He did turn the circuit back on. He explained that he could not detect any voltage from the washer board with his tool. He stated that there was nothing he could do to fix the problem because he couldn't turn on the washer. He recommended that we contact an electrician to check the socket or circuit for any damage or burnout.. We paid for the service out of pocket, with the expectation of reimbursement from Whirlpool once the issues was identified. The next day, an electrician arrived at our home and checked the circuit and socket. After a brief explanation of the problem, he quickly determined that both the socket and circuit were in good working condition and showed me the voltage on the wall (our house is only four years old). The only issue was that the electrician was unable to turn on the washer. The electrician was kind and offered to call the technician if they need further clarification. We paid $340 for this service, which left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. We decided to send an email to the appliance company requesting reimbursement for the electrician's fee since their technician had misdiagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, we received no response. I contacted whirlpool to express my disappointment towards this company since they had recommended this company to us.
During the technician' second visit, after a few minutes of troubleshooting, the washer suddenly turned on (weird). He found the problem to the washer and while trying to locate a replacement part on his iPad, I explained to him about the electrical issues and how he incorrectly diagnosed the issues cause us unnecessary expense. He was insisted that it was our electrical problem. (Maybe Casper did it?) He informed me that the needed part was out of stock and could take anywhere from weeks to months or even up to 8 months to arrive. Moreover, they did not provide updates or follow up with customers, leaving me to call them again the next day for information on status and pricing. After learning that the repair could cost $500, we decided it would be more practical and less costly to purchase a new washing machine instead. Our dryer broke down and we received an email saying this company would be in contact with us today when they were on their way between 9am and 5pm. Past 4pm my husband called THEM just to check in and see if they were still coming and spoke with a woman who was very unprofessional and borderline rude on the phone. She said they attempted to contacted him yesterday (though we have no record or voicemail to prove that), and they were scheduling out next week. I understand people are busy, but having no call record or voicemail at the very least and then arguing with my husband over the phone was completely uncalled for. We wouldâve been completely ok with waiting had the situation been handled professionally.

   Read moreThey came to my home to repair a bad door seal on my washer, they didnât clean out pieces of rubber which resulted in another return trip to unplug the drain line. They tried to charge me for the second service. This was all warranty work that was covered.
They then sent me to collections for working on my dryer. The funny thing is they never worked on my dryer. When I called to discuss this issue with them they were rude and refused to hear me out. They could provide no signed documents by me to support their claim.
