They seemed apathetic about customer service. We felt disappointed with our experience here. The food was mostly just rice. Maybe it's cuz we ordered it to go? We ordered 3 entrees and all 3 were 80% rice along with some pieces of meat, a tablespoon each of hummus and veggies (hardly any for the size of the entree). So we paid $13 for a bunch of rice.... We ordered pickup and they didn't include all of our order. They left out the baklava. We asked them to refund the baklava since we were staying 30 mins away. We spoke to the mngr Daniel and he said they would not/could not refund us the money to our card, rather that we can come pick up the baklava some other time. Mistakes happen but at least try to remedy your mistake. Overall, not a good experience or value for our money.

EDIT: We went back to collect our refund from the baklava we didn't get and they were closed for maintenance during their business hours. We called and a dishwasher answered and said she couldn't do anything for us but she would have the manager Daniel call us. 4 days later he has not called us back.
