The operator never knows the name of who you're asking for. Then you can never reach the person you are trying to directly. It's always leave a message or voicemail especially when time is crucial. You are simply a number and their obviously used to inexperienced buyers that don't expect customer service. I'm a week from closing...

Door to atm is always broken. Their Google add says they open at 8:30 which is a lie. When informed they did not care the slightest to fix their listed hours even after letting them know how upsetting it was I would be late to my destination because I waited for them to open at 8:30am only to have to drive to the atm...
