I like to go to the drive-through Starbucks (in spite of the added Fairfax City tax) here when I'm "back home.' Depending on the time of day getting into the drive-through can be a problem. Be careful leaving that as the left side is a blind-spot for traffic heading to the other stores. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a long wait during peak traffic. If you're a local you know it and also how to circumvent that somewhat. In any case, being patient getting in and out is helpful. There are some good restaurants here, a barber shop, FedEx, Wells Fargo and adjacent shopping via the service road. Directly beside Fairfax Auto Parts (great for whatever you need and helpful staff). A Verizon store (not the best I've been to but it's there. Across the Street from other shops and restaurants. Close to the Lazyboy Store, Hampton Inn, Anita's (New Mexico style Mexican food) which I highly recommend along with the car wash (usually do an excellent job there). There's enough parking available for any of the shops or restaurants but I can be tight pulling in or out of the spaces and rows. The parking lot was clean. The width of the parking spaces was adequate. The landscaping was okay.
