Our experience with IQ Home Entertainment couldn’t be better.

Sean took care of our process for 6 months, he was responsible for creating our Audio System setup from the scratch and his professional advice made us not just create the best audio system for our need, but also save money. Other companies had offered us more expensive equipment that actually wouldn’t fit our need and wouldn’t even be the right choice for what we were looking for, but right away when we spoke to Sean he made some adjustments to change to the right sound system for our project. Final result? It ended up being better and costing less.

He was extremely patience during this 6-months project, he designed our setup with so much care like no other place we could find.

We’re out of state so we were afraid about the distance, but trust us it makes absolutely no difference because they handle everything impeccably right. Sean always goes above and beyond to be present and helpful whenever we need, and our experience with IQ Home Entertainment was effortless in every step of the process.

We’re definitely going to keep the business with you for future projects and refer to friends and other businesses as well.

If you want to purchase audio/video equipment buy it from IQ. I should have written this review long ago. I started bugging Sean and his staff in November 2018, for about 2 weeks with endless questions about Yamaha's AV receivers. Yamaha just released their 2019 products and I wanted a good deal on the older 2018 receivers, and there were plenty of good deals to be had. I finally decided to pull the trigger and was to late. They just sold the last 2018 model that I wanted. Sean didn't skip a beat. He recognized my disappointment and immediately asked me if I would rather upgrade to a the Yamaha Aventage 7.2 channel AV Receiver-RX-A1080 for just a little more than the older, lesser model I missed out on. I received it FedEx the next day free of shipping charges. Almost a year has gone by and I couldn't be happier. These guys answered everyone of my questions and taught me a lot about this equipment. They had great attitudes and since then, I began working on becoming a better person, myself, when dealing with people. I know it sounds mushy, but...Thanks IQ guys...

We had our basement remodeled this summer and we used Johnny as our theater advisory throughout the design and buildout. He took the time to review our theater design and gave us great feedback - all for free! Even before we were committed to ordering equipment from him.

We ended up ordering subs, receiver, screen, cables, universal remote, and the projector from Johnny. I was prepared to pay him a little more than I could find online because he was so good to us during our basement design phase and I wanted to support a local business. However, when I compared his pricing to what I could find online, I realized he was really giving us the best pricing around. We ran into some issues with the screen being delayed a few weeks but Johnny more than made up for that.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with IQ and especially Johnny. I’ll be doing business with them again in the future. Highly...
