All of the staff members here are incredibly friendly and offer great customer service. In fact, one time we went thru the drive-thru and an older man got out of his car and started yelling as us through our window and proceeded with telling the barista not to take our order simply because he thought we had cut in front of him. Instead it was the traffic pattern in the lot - normally the cars alternate to prevent from blocking the entrance. When I arrived to the window, I was greeted by a wonderful young woman (I wish I had gotten her name) who I believe is the manager. I explained the situation to her and she was more than understanding and apologized for my experience. She told another barista to let her know when said old man was at the window so she could address his behavior towards other customers. I was more than impressed by the way she handled this situation, and honestly, I felt so bad she had to deal with the man that we came back with donuts for the staff!
As if that wasn't enough - there is one particular barista that always brightens our day. My little sister and I frequent this Starbucks a lot and every time we hear Brandon's voice through the speaker, we're excited. He's just incredibly peppy, positive, and just makes our day better! He's...
Read moreSo I go in this Starbucks every morning that I'm in the area and hang out for a couple hrs then get on with my day. This morning I came in and the shift supervisor (Alberto) was very rude in his tone like he was talking to a piece of trash all I asked for was some breve after I ordered my drink but I apologized because I know they charge (I worked for Starbucks for 7 yrs up until December of last year as a Manager) and he was just like you need to tell us this at the register because we charge and I said I know I forgot I apologize but it was the way he said it and the yelling that has made me angry especially since he always seems to have an issue when I come in or if I'm just there. Everyone else is great I get greeted by name and they know my order but this one person is the nastiest of them and thinking bout rethinking where I get my tea in...
Read moreI was taking a quiz and came into grab a bite while I worked on my laptop. I don't frequent Starbucks so I was unaware that they were closing at 8pm. A woman came over to me to say, "We close in one minute". Even a 5-10 minute warning would have been courteous but she also reminded me that the internet would also automatically cut off when i asked if it was possible to wrap up right outside... She stood next to the exit door and watched us leave. She spoke to the other two gentleman that left but ignored me completely. Will not return to this location if they can't even have basic customer service etiquette AND didn't have all the meals on the menu. Bathroom was gross and unflushed, lights flickered in the 2nd one. One star is for the young lady that took my order and the decent music otherwise...
