M.D. Diamond returned my Citizen Echo Drive Watch back to me missing a button! I took the watch to them 4+ months ago to be repaired and was advised they were unable to do the repair. When I met the woman last week to pick up my watch, the main middle toggle button was missing. During the exchange I asked about the missing button approximately 10 times and she just kept talking to me about where else I could go to get my watch fixed. I asked her repeatedly if she could try to find the button once their store wasn't under construction and was not acknowledged nor have i heard from them. My watch can no longer have the time changed or the date or anything else changed, nor can the stop watch be used, or any other functions because the button that's missing controls...

I have been buying my wife's Christmas jewelry (as well as other occasions, lol) here for a number of years.
