Burger King — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

Even though we usually like Burger King ok....tonight was not good. Food was mostly cold & some felt like had been sitting there a while. I only was able to eat about a 1/3 of my sandwich as just not good....chicken was kind of rubbery, mayo was old(not sure was good) lettus was bad or wilted. The onion rings I got weren't cooked very well & not very crispy...kind of soggy. My husband said his meal was cold. Then he couldn't even drink his large Dr Pepper as it had ice in it (which had been ordered without) & we don't think it was even a Dr Pepper... If it was it maybe was a watered down diet one but was not good. Only good thing we had was my drink as tasted ok but had ice in it even though had ordered it without & was a little watery. So not a very good experience & probably won't be back for awhile. First of all they won't take a order at the counter, you have to order on the kiosk which there is only two. I can't imagine how long the lines can get at lunch hour. Then if you pay by cash now you have to wait at the counter, which all workers ignore you because they don't do orders at the counter. So finally after about 5 plus minutes waiting to pay someone said something to me about order at the kiosk and I said I did and I'm waiting on my order and I have cash because they are not making my food until its paid for. After all that the person never gave me my change, because it was just a penny I guess they decided I wasn't worth asking if I wanted it or not and they didn't have to give it to me. I wouldn’t go to Burger King in Columbiana Ohio. they are dirty inside the facility and people touch food without gloves on. I seen manager do it herself. The manager let certain people not show up but still have a job. The manager treats certain people better than others. Let’s workers pee yes urinate on themselves and work. Talks about other workers especially on night shift like they say he is an alcoholic and his drawer is always short. They treat you like a dog and talk down on you. But if you speak up you get fired. The manager does not know how to run the store many complaints.
