Belleria Pizza & Italian Restaurant Columbiana — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

We have been ordering here on and off for a long time and have had several issues. this time was just the worst. Our order was taking longer than expected to be delivered and I called to ask if it was on its way yet and the girl said we don’t have anyone under your name with an order. And I told her OK can you go check again because I know for a fact we ordered. Then she came back and said with NO apologies, well the driver has your order but we’re really behind so it’s going to take longer. Every time this has happened it’s just always excuses with no apology. Even just an apology or some thing would make me feel better. so I basically just hung up on her because she was extremely rude. Finally our pizza came after an hour and 45 minutes and it was cold. $35 for cold pizza and a weird salad with barely any lettuce. We live a couple minutes down the road. It’s a shame because their pizza is pretty good but they really need to work on their customer service and figure out how not to deliver cold pizza and not make excuses about it. I thought about calling to try and get our money back but I didn’t want to deal with the rude person answering the phone and she said they were extremely busy so I figured I’d have to wait forever to talk...

Corey has a very terrible attitude and can't handle customer service at all. Ordered a pizza and was asked onion or black olive. I asked if we could do both and was told no. I asked if they said no. I asked if they said no and they stated they were just kidding. I went to pick up my pizza and was ignored to my face for 15 min while the girls just looked at me and answering phone call after phone call. I left without my pizza. Got home and my wife was making dinner and what do you know. Columbiana Belleria was calling. I answered and they stated our pizza was ready. I stated let me talk with the manger. Corey go on the phone after 10 mins and I began stating what happened when I ordered before I even got to the place to pick up my pizza. He immediately cut me off and stated they is absolutely no way I was told NO. (Well why was I told they were just kidding if it never would happen, I thought it was a pretty good joke tbh.) I hung up and called back to get his name and the owners number and got immediate disrespect. He refused to give the owners number but stated his name is Corey. What a great place to spend hard earned...

Went here for dinner with the family. Was seated right away which was very nice. We were say in the bar room since we had a table of 6. We sat for 15 mins and no one ever came to our table. Went to the front and asked if anyone was going to come take our drink order, maybe there was a misunderstanding about who had our table. Apology, 5 mins later a waitress comes and takes our drink order. Another 10 mins later and I flag another waitress because our drinks never came (no alcohol, just fountain drinks), drinks finally came, we quickly put in our order before the waitress disappeared for another 15 mins. Food took another 35 mins to come out. Had 2 other tables that came in 10 mins after us and about 20 mins after us both get their food about 20 mins before us. The food was good, everyone at the table was happy with it, but the service was the worst I've ever seen. They need to figure out a different system with patrons dining in the bar...
