Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

I'm not really sure what happened to the Taco Bell in Columbiana they use to be really good. Not any more, the new generation of kids don't know but it went from really good to really bad. The last few times I've been there it's been disappointing. Decided to try it tonight 9/19/17 @11:00 pm. I ordered three crunchy taco supreme's and some cinnamon twist. All three taco supreme's were very sloppily made, lettuce all over the place open up the wrapper and the lettuce is all wrapped up in the wrapper so the lettuce falls all over the place, sour cream was all over on the outside of the Taco shell. Loaded with lettuce very little meat. The cinnamon twist, got the twist without the cinnamon. This place use to have a great crew working there. Not any more. Need allot of training. I have been to this taco bell multiple times since I work just a few miles away. I always receive prompt courteous service when I go there. The last time that I went they went above and beyond to make sure I got my lunch. I had forgotten my wallet and didn't realize till I pulled up to pay for my food. The gentleman at the drive-thru didn't even hesitate and just said "don't worry about it I got your lunch." He said that he'd done it (forgotten his wallet) before so he knew where i was coming from. This kind of empathetic service was refreshing to experience....

Every time I go here there's an issue. Twice they didn't give me any utensils to eat with, once I asked for butter and salt but received nothing, once I had to take my chicken sandwich back because it was soggy and undercooked, and just now I was trying to order fries instead of mashed potatoes (they only put half an order of them in the box) and the lady taking my order talked over me and was very rude and condescending when I asked if she heard me.
