My local Wal-Mart was out of an electronics item I was looking for, so I decided to try my local RadioShack. I'm very glad I did. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but I was greeted kindly and given outstanding customer service by a thoroughly knowledgeable young man, who was truly interested and thankful that I stopped in. How incredibly refreshing and rare. I was pleasantly surprised by the great selection of merchandise, reasonable prices, along with classic RadioShack repair materials as well. For those complaints of shelf quantity, this is normal for small businesses (all the reason more why we should support them to help them grow to serve you.)
This great experience inspired me to see why it's important to support our local store; buying sight seen items to avoid online returns, supporting local jobs, and having personal and memorable shopping experiences. I would much rather have a little less things and have a better community. I'm on board. Thank you for the perspective.
