I went Sat 9/26/20 for ear piercing. By appt only, I didn't have one but there was a no-show so she took me. Her name was Alicia or Elisa, I believe she was management, and she did my piercings. I'm 46, and since I was a teenager my double piercings were crooked. I have had them done 4 times in my life, as recent as 2/2020 at Icing at Solano Mall. Again, those were crooked. Alicia saw my ears were pierced several times over, she knew my ears are not symmetrical and knew how to get the placement right. Quick with the gun and it was over in minutes. Poor customer service . Ana (Claire's Employee) appeared to be so miserable like she hated her job .
