Let me start by saying every profession has unique skills and just to find a place like this is an absolute treasure trove for people. I have flexon glasses that broke due to age and every eyeglass shop I went to said these frames had been discontinued for ages and I would need new glasses. 4 eyeglass stores I went to. I finally went to lenscrafters because I knew they make lenses in house within the hour. However my prescription had expired and after a new eye exam and glasses it would be 300 to 350 out the door. Alas by the time the eye doctor got me I would not have my glasses back same day. I ended up stumbling in here and got my glasses fixed 65 bucks with 6 month warranty same day. Mind you my glasses broke 2 more times but the lady who runs up front is so personable everytime I get a chance to I can take off my glasses go in and say they broke just to mess around with them. That is a professional relationship. They ended up re engineering my glasses lol. My suggestion is if this store says they can't fix it that is the end all, be all decision. As for the price some other people were complaining about buying the own tool for 3.50 well the difference is they will re engineer it to last a long time. Why bend metal to make it weaker when you can add and make it stronger? To each each the own....

I was amazed at the perfect fit, and astonished at how beautiful my 52 year old wedding ring looked! It was wonderful having my precious ring back in such a timely manner. I thanked the associate at the counter, but I was so excited with my ring that I forgot to give the jewler my deep appreciation for the fantastic work that he...
Read moreThis place is absolutely horrid. We spent over a hundred dollars having my ring resized down several sizes. It was suppose to be a size 7. When I got it back I tried it on and it was okayish (middle of summer so smallest my finger was going to be). Now that it's winter my finger is so restricted it hurts to take it off. I thought maybe I just put on too much weight and so I went to get my ring resized... I went to a shop in vacaville, and the jeweler there showed me my ring was taken from a size 11 to a size 6 1/4. I was also charged for all those sizes going down. I won't bother going here ever again, even for something as dumb as a...
