Boba Plus — Restaurant in Fairfield

The first time I came I ordered boba and paid for two toppings and only got one topping. Then today I specifically asked if they had plain vanilla milkshakes, clearly it shows on the picture they do, ordered one for my son and it came out with chocolate in the middle. He hates chocolate, I asked him was that ok and he said it’s fine cause he didn’t want to wait but when he tasted it he didn’t like it All. He went to see if they can do a refund, they didn’t even offer to remake it to just a plain vanilla shake like I asked and paid for. $9 down the drain. The younger girl working ignored us while we waited to order as her facetime call was more important. She also charged us for a drink that we did not order and argued with us about not ordering the drink. We ultimately left with a drink we paid for and did not order. I love this new Boba shop! So many different flavors and variety of drinks available. Super cute and unique drinks you can’t find elsewhere. They also have ROLLED ICE CREAM!!! I tried the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and Watermelon Rolled Ice cream topped with fresh strawberries. It was entertaining watching them make my ice cream as well.
