Quickly — Restaurant in Fairfield

went to grab a Boba at the quickly kiosk at the Solano mall and immediately changed my mind when I saw this. I could not believe he was making the drink on floor underneath the girls hair while on his phone. He wasn't even paying attention to make sure none of her hair could have possibly fell in it. Then as she walked away another girl with long hair walked right up... none of them had their hair up which is a requirement in the food industry... this is unsanitary.. so by all means if you dont mind drinks being made on the floor with hair in them keep on going there, me on the other hand will go...

Worst customer service, I asked for it to be made with extra ingredients and I was told no because they didn’t want to run out, and I was even more than happy to pay the extra charge but the cashier refused, and my drink was absolutely horrible taste like dirty old hotdog water with coffee, they will never see another dime of my money! This place is terrible most times. Either they’re out of boba or don’t have any ready when they’re supposed to be open and ready. This is their business and they’re never ready to meet demand. Service is slow.

If you can, go to the Concord Quickly instead. They have better service and always ready even late...
