Mixed Experience – Great Online Support, Rude In-Store Service
I was told by online customer service that I could return a necklace in-store without issues. However, when I called the store, Crystal, a head leader, was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me I couldn’t repurchase it after returning. She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked.
