As a previous person has said Loren Green manager of this location is just plain disrespectful and unprofessional. It just makes sense how overall the staff is poorly trained. The sheep that leads. Loren has been nothing but a liar. My sibling was banned based on affliction and judgement. Isn’t their slogan judgement free zone? I guess the judges are the staff a bunch of unprofessional members. Loren states she would follow up on a video camera request on Monday 1/29/2024. After not hearing from her my bother proceeded to ask in person just to get welcomed with lies. Loren stated she would call Tuesday when in fact I was there when she said Monday because of an all staff meeting and business she has to take care off. I being understanding gave her grace and was patient. Not only that her assistant manager is no help at all. Miles needs to be trained on being off clock and banning someone with no management approval. At this point I’ll rather cancel my membership and take my business to another establishment than be surrounded with such unprofessional judgmental and disrespectful individuals. And to end this review last time I checked it does not take 2 staff members to change any of the cleaning products and majority of the time I attend this gym there’s paper towels missing etc. what a joke of a management. Loren Green you are no one to judge a persons affliction just for giving someone a ride and the disrespect you gave to us by lying and mimicking is plain disgusting. Great place to come have a workout w friends or solo. Out of the years I've been coming here, never had an issue w staff, always friendly. They're also informative if you're new. Whether it be location of certain machines, or if you need advice on workouts. (You may have to wait for a trainer for the latter. The front staff will let you know when they're usually on site.) Equipment down time is usually pretty short, if ever in need of repair. But, there is an abundance of equipment, so you should always be able to find a way to work your particular groups. It can get pretty busy. So, I suggest keeping an eye on the "crowd meter", and coming at slower times if you can. If you want your pick of machines. The clientèle here are pretty relaxed, and usually have no problem with you "working in" with them, or grabbing a couple plates, if you just ask kindly. So they always tell you that everything is unlimited but it's not it's not unlimited there's a difference between a franchise and the Corporate and they don't tell you that you can only visit other gyms 10/month and then each additional visit is a $5 fee…. so after considered and figuring out a solution, talking to a couple of patient employees and coming to a resolution-I'm looking at the bigger picture and the bigger picture is that regardless of that little BIG deal-I really do actually like both gyms.
