I advise anyone who wants BK to AVOID THIS LOCATION. I've given this location two chances, both of which gave me terrible drive-thru experiences due to their SLOW services.
My most recent experience happened today when I had to wait 19 minutes from the time I placed my order at the speaker box to when I was handed my food. This was not including the time I had to wait for the person in front of me to say their order and the time I had to wait to finally get my order taken; probably another five or so minutes. And apparently, I was told that they were out of their regular-sized beef patties at 2:25pm. So I was limited to the Jr sized whoppers and the chicken or fish sandwiches. I was third in line with one truck behind me. After about 10 minutes of not moving, the truck behind me gave up and drove over the grassy curb to escape the line (I would've too if my car was tall enough). A minute later, the first car finally received their food, and thereafter, the car in front of me and I. There were no apologies given by the employee at the window. Just a deadpan exchange as if it were just a normal day there at BK. Finally getting home, I was just left with soggy chicken fries and a cold, dry burger. At least the fries were somewhat warm and crispy. Management needs to do something about this because it's criminal to have customers wait that long to get cold, abysmal fast food.
TLDR: Very, VERY long drive-thru wait line. You're better off going to the BK off Holiday Lane because you'll most likely get your food faster there...
Read moreThe place is ran down and the customer service is terrible. Lady is rude through the drive-through speaker. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers for $6. The lady told me that it was like $6.49. I get up to pay and hand her a $20 bill she takes forever and then brings me back the food and $4 in change. I said I only ordered two bacon cheeseburgers that should be $6 then she says oh takes the money back takes another 5 minutes comes back and says okay at 7 something dollars. I said no it's only 6 something she said well you have to pay for the extra pickles that you wanted I said I have came to Burger King a hundred times and never had to pay for extra pickles she said well if you don't want the extra pickles we'll take them off. And I said well I don't want to pay for them she said all right we'll take them off close the window and went and took the pickles off of my two burgers and then gave me my 13 something dollars and change. I just couldn't believe it that they actually took my burgers and went and took the pickles off because I didn't want to pay extra for like two extra pickles. And a lady didn't give me any ketchup, she lied and said it...
Read moreThe customer service is non existent in this establishment on North Texas across from Bank of America. The drive-thru service is lacking in every area from the first initial contact with the customer, unfriendly opening question, rather than " Good morning, how can I help start your day?" TO THE FINAL TRANSACTION, nothing. Something different and nice would be a great start. The employees sound like they would rather not be here, but since they are well, your food is open game.
Their machines for shakes are usually down, food order is usually incorrect, and service is super slow.
I have watched customers their minds when returning to go inside to get their drive-thru order fixed.
I truly believe management does not care about the customer's satisfaction. It's not what you want , but what they will give you. Cold food!
THE OWNERS FOR SURE DONT GIVE A FLIP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR REPUTATION OF THEIR BUSINESS. RIGHT UP THERE WITH SLUMLORDS....
