We got dining table set with chairs and a couch. Unfortunately, the workers who assembled the dining chairs didnt put all the screws in, causing the chairs to wobble. Since they are very new, we checked those chairs to see what was causing it-each chairs were missing 1 or 2screws. We went back and asked Ben and he was very helpful and ordered us some screws, though it wasnt the correct ones. The manager of the store was upset that we brought it back him and let him know and told us that they dont provide that to client. After telling him the situation,he then agreed to order the correct ones. All i can say is check the screws when they deliver things...

The experience was absolutely horrible at this furniture store. The owner, David provided really bad customer services. He was very rude and he liked to scream at customers, and he did not seem to care about my desire to purchase a good table. David is a crook who lies to get your money without working for it. I ordered something that would not be available for two months and the product was not ordered and when I decided to cancel the order, he charged me 12% for an order he never placed or had to cancel.
