I usually go to Buffalo or Wingstop. I saw that this place was rated higher than my usual stops so I decided to give it a try. Walking in the atmosphere is nice and the custom Pepsi machine is refreshing. I saw many unique flavors of wings and was impressed looking at the menu.
My family and I got our food with the military discount (which was nice), but ended up waiting at least half of hour for our food.
That is fine because it was busy and to be expected but then they only brought us half our food. This surprised me because they didnt even get my sons cheese sticks or our wings done throughout all that time but they got a chicken sandwich finished which is the one thing on their menu that should take the longest.
The chicken sandwich was borderline burnt, and was not a great piece of chicken. The flavors were nice though.
After finally getting our bone in wings we see that they are almost half the size of wing you would usually get at Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop.
The wings had great flavor though which was nice.
Another thing to note is that they employees were having conversations with their friends(maybe other employees that are off?) at the register while customers waited behind them eager to order.
Imo this place is overrated in food quality, and does not offer the same customer service as it's competitors.
If you are a fan of great Asian flavors then it is worth the try for sure, but overall does not live up to the...

They decided to close early since it was New Yearās Eve. Thatās fine. Just hand me the food that I paid for and was notified is ready. Iām told that they could not fulfill my order even though they had just closed and that I need to talk to a manager for a refund. I call and visit the restaurant multiple times in the following week and between the counter person, the shift supervisor, the general manager, and the owner, they canāt refund me. What?!?
I send a message to the corporate office. I get no response.
I understand that your business is primarily door dash and online orders, but you should know how to refund a transaction. What bunch of clowns.
The restaurant itself is unsightly with boxes of supplies everywhere. The customer service is non-existent. I received not one āsorry for the inconvenience, letās make this rightā from anyone at fire wings. All I wanted was my money back.
I hope that you donāt have to deal with the massive amount of ineptitude that I had to.
Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. We ended up at Wing Stop that night and the food was great and they handled our order...

When I explained that normally the cheese at least melts a little, the cheese was cold, and so were the fries it was sitting on. I asked for a remake. They were completely understanding and had it remade. I got it back, and the fries were barely warm, hard, like it was reheated in a microwave (not the crispy, lightly oiled taste).
