Roseann delivered high quality balloons and a design I really appreciated. She even was able to put my smaller order on her delivery route on short notice. Plus she wants you to save money where you can, every time when we were in the consultation process. That’s a massive help! I highly recommend the ballon boss and would give a infinite amount of stars if I could for this review.

The decorations created by Balloon Boss for my daughter’s bat mitzvah were perfect. The balloon wall was magnificent. We used it in place of a photo booth and the pictures came out amazing! The colors were beautiful. She incorporated my daughter’s theme seamlessly in the centerpieces on the kids’ tables. She also dressed up the color palette and created a beautiful arch over the fireplace and matching centerpieces for the adults tables.

Her creativity goes above and beyond and have used her for the last 8 years for many occasions. It's obvious she continues to create the most up to date masterpieces with her training and have recommended to many friends and family. Already have her booked for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and she is only 6 (ha)!

Roseann really is BOSS! Finding a company at the last minute to decorate for my husband's surprise 60th birthday party without having even seen the venue was challenging to say the least. Thankfully, Roseann put my mind at ease as soon as she picked up the phone. She made suggestions for balloon decorations without pushing me beyond my limited budget. I was a little worried because I was unable to do any decorating before the party so I needed to trust The Balloon Boss to make just balloons look like "enough". When I walked into the room with my husband I was amazed at how beautiful she made the hall look. Roseann is a reliable true professional, who really has a creative sense - a gift really, that enables her to turn a completely undecorated venue into a party room that's classy, elegant, and fun...

I’m usually never one to write bad reviews but this one is definitely warranted! I’d give this place 0 stars if we could. My mom and I used to love this lawn sign business before it got taken over by a new owner.

We ordered a birthday lawn sign for a 13 year old relative of ours, and the owner not only failed to accommodate our simple requests but blatantly disrespected my mom via text when asked a simple question. Also did not respond the day of the event when we needed help the most.

Judging by the other positive reviews it appears to me that we could have received poor service due to matters outside of our control like being one of the few families of color in this town but who knows. I wish this business all the best but we will certainly NOT be supporting again and will look elsewhere for our...
