Very happy with these guys. I first know them 3 years ago when they transported a gt3 for me from new york. I arranged for the transport myself this time for a car from boston to LA. The dispatch responds fast even on the weekends, the rates are fair and align with others. I looked up their insurance and dot info and everything checks out. I get constant updates whenever I text them. A week later my car arrived, the truck is big and in really good condition, the car wasnt that dirty considering that it travelled 3k miles, mileage remains unchanged (no crazy joyrides). Driver Manny is real friendly and fast, very efficient guy. His pickup documentation is excellent, super detailed and there's so many pictures demonstrating the condition of the car when it was picked up and at drop off. My car arrived with no damage and I am very pleased. Bill of lading is all digital and you have a record of all pictures that can be downloaded. I buy cars 1-2 times a year almost always from out of state, and seen a lot of trucks and transport and this is probably the best i have experienced. I moved from New York to San Diego, and used Troy Car Inc. for enclosed transport to ship my vehicle across the country. Sal is the one who drove my vehicle and Sabrina was the dispatcher who kept in contact with me during the whole process. I was very anxious as this car is my pride and joy, and the vehicle is very low. However both drivers were fantastic, and careful. We did a walk around of the vehicle to ensure we were on the same page, as well as get an odometer reading at the time of pickup. When the vehicle arrived in San Diego exactly 1 week later, the odometer was the exact same. The vehicle didnt have any damages from moving and I couldn't recommend this transport company any more. I had this company deliver a brand new Ferrari F8 from CA to TX and they ended up scratching the Lexan on the rear. They have started a claim with their insurance to replace, but this has been a long time ago and they still haven’t supplied the necessary documents with their own insurance to get this properly handled. I actually have to call the insurance guy to see what this company needs to submit, and then I have to call Troy l Car Inc to tell them myself. It is not as urgent for them to fix a wrong doing, as it is to acquire your business. I will make sure the Ferrari dealer and LG Transport that I used knows the lack of urgency of this company to make things right. I have several more coming in and I will make sure to avoid this...
