I FOUND THIS AMAZING GEM in March when covid-19 happened and I was looking for ways to help fight my temptations! Being a competitor itās not always the easiest to say no to sugary foods and be strict. After driving an hour and a half to visit the location I was hooked instantly!!!! Not only by the delicious goodies that are MACRO FRIENDLY! But the amazing service and friendliness of Ashley & D! My children are both allergic to eggs milk and PB & donāt get to have any goodies usually - but because of the PRO DOUGH PALACE; they are able to experience a ātreatā Thats allergen friendly & also gluten free too! THIS IS HUGE FOR THEM !!!!!
Also my husband and I own a small gym facility where we mainly focus on weight loss for our clients- after several of them tried the products / they fell in love also! This will give them the satisfaction for their craving and also help them stay focused and reach their goals!!!!! #Bodybyprodough

Most recently, when I went last week, I stood in line for a solid 5-10 minutes while the owner took an order and chatted with the customers in front of me, who she seemed to know well. As they were leaving, another person walked in, and she completely ignored me and started talking to them and taking their order, until eventually another employee came and took my truffle order. I was in the store for 10 minutes before I was greeted, most of that time spent waiting in line, and when I was finally greeted, it was by the other employee who had just come out of the back, not the owner who had seen me there for 10 minutes and not said so much as a āHelloā or āIāll be right with you.ā Now Iām not sure if itās because Iām plus-sized and both other groups were clearly fit peopleā I know they market the products toward fitness-minded peopleā but I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The truffles and cookies are delicious, but I donāt know if itās worth going and feeling like a burden on the people whose business Iām supporting each time I step...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSuper disappointed. I've been ordering from Delicious Delights for 2 years now, spending over $1000. The last two shipments came with lids off, contents oozing out all over the inside of the box and dough tasted sour. I tried emailing but got no response. I finally called and was told that once the package leaves their facility they are not responsible. This was not a shipping issue - box was completely intact and undamaged. I believe the plastic jars they use are simply not designed to keep the lid on when dough is packed under pressure. They should update their containers or make an improvement with packaging. All I asked for was a refund or replacement. I got hung up on. Disappointed.
UDATE In response to owner's note below... LIES. I did not hang up nor did I raise my voice. I received no call backs. I have generally only ever ordered the smaller sized tubs and did not have any issues with those, just the 38 ounce jars. To blame USPS for the lids coming off is just misappropriating blame so that you won't have to take any responsibility for your methods. And yes, I left negative reviews on Etsy.
