Horrible customer service and extremely rude. My mother & sister are local to the area and went shopping there for themselves and also asked me (currently living out of state) if there was anything particular I was looking for so they could grab it for me. They even called the store before arriving to make sure that they were open and the shop owner said yes until 5 PM. They get there around 1PM. They decided to FaceTime me in the store to show me the crystals that I was looking for so I could pick them out. The shop owner then comes out and says “since you are just looking around and not actually buying anything and I have to do inventory and I can’t do that while you’re up here just looking at stuff you should leave” they responded back saying how they just called and thought the store is open until five and she responds back with the same type of response. At this point I cannot believe what I just heard so I told them to not purchase anything from her and to leave the store. How is that even OK to ask your customers who are looking at your product to buy, and tell them that they should leave. Inventory should not have been used as an excuse either. If that was the case the store should’ve been closed and when my family called to ask if she was open she should’ve said no or that she had to closed early. I knew of this store for years but never had the time to stop in. I was having a string of ill luck recently and googled to find out if they were open.
