Wish this group the best of continued luck in their future. Definitely some beautiful arrangements coming out of here for other visions. Just not the right fit for us. Updating from 3 to 4 stars as I appreciate the sentiment of Jillian’s response. Surely we are all human and sometimes let an email or text sit longer than we intended.

Reached out for fall wedding. Communication was clunky and could have been improved by setting up a 15-30 minute call to connect. All other vendor groups we’ve met with in the last few months have asked to set up a meeting after our initial inquiry - florists included.

Initially given cost estimates upon reaching out with details of containers/counts/etc. along with a question being in relation to inspiration photos (7/10 16:39). Responded providing inspiration images, asked if drapery is offered, asked about using our own bulb vases for cocktail hour, and gave feedback on ground arrangement container options, ground petals, and spay count (7/11 20:21). We were then asked about the arch plan (if needing to rent an arch essentially or using another) and faux vs real flowers (7/14 14:13), then provided another cost breakdown (7/14 14:38). Responded confirming real petals needed and the arch would be available onsite while following up on if drapery was something they could offer (7/15 8:32). Then asked what color drapery we’d like (7/15 9:19) before later given color recommendations (7:15 16:33). Responded confirming color preference for drapery and all arrangements (7/15 22:30). Then given confirmation color preference is possible with vision board to ‘give us an idea’ of possible floral stems without further explanation - vision board connected to this review (7/15 23:27). Then asked if arch will be as pictured on venues social media (7/15 23:29).

After taking time to consider this vendor based on our experience thus far, replied confirming the arch is indeed as pictured and mentioned appreciation for help but decided to go in a different direction (7/23 9:28).

Later on, we received a response stating there were a few questions needing to be answered in order to give a proposal but they never heard back (7/23 12:02). The next message that came in stated we were sent a proposal on 7/14 - the second cost breakdown and vision board with screenshot of earlier e-mail from 7/14...

I reached out to them to create a custom floral arrangement that honored a dear friend and fraternity brother who passed away unexpectedly. I had walked by this adorable florist shop many times and each time there were more improvements. They do not have the name of the florist on the shop but there is a big neon open sign. They are open seven days a week!! This Friday I needed a small bouquet for a friend. When I went in they were very busy getting ready for a fund raiser that they were donating the center pieces for the tables. They stopped what they were doing and helped me pick out a beautiful Fall bouquet for my friend. The owner was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back to them the next time I need something. I am including a picture of the bouquet. My friend just loved it and it really cheered her up. It is definitely the only florist you will find open on a Sunday. Not to mention they are committed to the New Bedford community by donating all the center pieces for a non-profit fund raiser for those in need of help within...
