Fun place. We go every year. Festival is held at the park or downtown. Tons of venders and plenty of cars to keep you busy all day. 50s and 60s music blasting. Carnival rides are downtown. They do offer rides back and forth. The James Dean museum is located downtown along with Garfield museum.

Laura and I had a very nice time at the James Dean Car Show in Fairmount, IN. Lots of nice cars and some wonderfully restored Lincolns and Cadillacs (my favorites!). We look forward to returning in September for the complete Festival celebrating all things Fairmount!

Laura and I had a very nice time at the James Dean Car Show in Fairmount, IN. Lots of nice cars and some wonderfully restored Lincolns and Cadillacs (my favorites!). We look forward to returning in September for the complete Festival celebrating all things Fairmount!

Beautiful cars! We like to come every year to see the cars and swap meet. Had the hot apple dumpling with cinnamon sauce and ice cream. Came late Friday so not many cars on site. Usually come on Saturday but had some other plans. Different food vendors on site, plenty of trash cans everywhere and place was really clean. Lots of preserved/restored history is really cool to see so many...

If you love old cars, hot rods, and coustoms, I highly recommend checking out the next James Dean Festival. There is plenty of good fair food and booths where people sell their wears. Also, if you're not afraid of heights, take a ride on the Fariswheel. Plenty to do and see, so bring the...
