In all my years of buying parts offline from Salvage yards, this was by far the biggest disappointment. The part was a 30 year old Wheel that had been sitting in their Shed for over a year. I first called and a Woman answered. She was rude from the beginning as if I (a perspective buyer) was a burden to her and she couldn't be bothered. She gave me a price, I simply asked if she could knock off $4 as I am a first responder here in NY, and things are a bit tough. She started yelling at me and then hung up. I called back and spoke to her Manager who refused to acknowledge her behavior let alone apologize. I picked out an Item and was given a price over the phone that was not honored in the store by Manager Randy Williams. I then asked him if he could mail it (a 6 oz wire) to my house, and after a lot of huffing and puffing I was told it would be $20. I said fine, knowing I was being ripped off already, and asked them to Email me a Tracking number later in the day. I drove over an hour away and was in and out within 5 minutes, since the parts were pulled when I originally called in earlier in the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the office (only part of the facility that’s open to customers) is very neat and tidy/inviting to anyone who is looking for a used part.
