I came to Crown Jewelers in Fanwood New Jersey when I was proposing to my girlfriend and needed an engagement ring. Fortunately when I walked in the door I was greeted by Andy who helped me throughout the entire process of buying the perfect ring. He asked the right questions, took a genuine interest in this ring as if it were for his future wife and made me feel like I was a valued customer who has been coming to their store for decades. My fiance receives compliment after compliment about how beautiful the ring is which she deserves and makes me happy with my decision of coming here. When I bought the ring they told me anytime we would like to have it cleaned that they'll take care of it free of charge which we have, multiple times, and all they ask for is a hand shake in return - customer service at its finest!

My fiance and I look forward to buying our wedding bands from Crown Jewelers and any other piece as they are our only jewelers from now on.

I searched for somewhere to have my jewelry repaired, I live in Westfield and at first couldn’t find parking being handicapped and parking is so bad in town, then going into three different stores I knew immediately I was being profiled!!! I have lived here all my life and am now a retired nurse and hate being made to feel that way. Needless to say I spend very little money in town. Now back to CROWN from my first time several years ago to just last week the owner knows me and is always friendly and most of all welcoming. Last week his machine was down and he couldn’t accept charges and I had only a few dollars with me and true to form he said pay me later gave me my items and I left. I brought my wedding band, plus two additional rings in to be resized to be larger. Within two weeks two jewels fell out of my wedding band, after 12 years of that never happening. I brought back my band and asked them to fix it at which point I was told it can’t be fixed and they won’t replace the jewels because there is no guarantee they won’t fall out again. One of the other rings was fine, and on the third I can clearly see where modifications were made in order to resize the ring. I am disappointed and sad because in resizing my wedding band, it was ruined beyond repair and now needs to be rebuilt by a different jeweler in order to have any hopes of the diamonds staying...
