Matt did a great job on 8/20/24 with our Lynx 42in. ProSear grill. The grill is 17 years old & was last professionally cleaned back in 2009. Subsequent cleanings were by my sons & myself with the last being about 5 years ago. Clearly not as well as Matt’s cleaning. We ordered new briquettes w/ trays & springs for the very heavy lid and Matt installed all after cleaning. The grill looks new. He recommended replacing a burner whose holes have gotten enlarged and is functioning poorly and causing a shorter life to the briquettes. I thought the flames rising from the burner were from burnt on food but I was wrong. I’m ordering a new burner today. A new grill in my model is over $10k now.
