I am remarkably disappointed in the service that I have received.
I ordered 3 bodysuit tank tops online 2 smalls and 1 large. When I received them in the mail 2 of them had massive deodorant stains and 1 was the wrong size. I called to have this rectified and was told to come into the Fargo store to have it fixed. At the store they said that I would have to order new items through them as they did not have them in the store. I did so, and then when I received the new items in the mail I found out that the girl who helped me had failed to order one of the items. She then told me that I could come back to the Fargo store and pick it up, but they actually did not have the right size available so I would have to take the incorrect size. I paid for this over the phone and then went to the Fargo store. At the store the girl could not find the receipt and attempted to have me pay for it again. This was an absolute mess and was way more effort than it was worth. I made it known that this was a very over complicated experience, but no effort was made by the store to improve my experience.
I was helped by several different people— Kate from the Fargo store was exceptionally helpful, but besides her I felt like I was just being pawned off on...
Read moreI was recommended to shop at this store while in the cities while buying a bag at a Michael Kors store, one of the employees there ranted and raved about the amazing owners of the store. When i found it is only a block from my apartment i was so excited to stop in.. Maybe the young woman, blonde young twenties maybe, working was new or not comfortable styling and selling to guests but my experience was subpar.. only offering to put my stuff in a fitting room, not asking my name, what i was shopping for, any of my sizes for additional items. The store is beautiful, has a variety of price ranges from my favorite free people to their own line of clothing and super chic jewelry, decor, and other accessories. I went in hoping to buy a spring wardrobe and left with nothing because of lack of service. Maybe i will try again or maybe i will continue to go to Evereve and onyx and pearl downtown....
Read moreI don't often get the chance to shop in person anymore, but I was in desperate need of new jeans. I hate jeans shopping because I feel like I can never find something that makes me feel good but also comfortable. I went to Leela and Lavendar from a recommendation and I was absolutely not disappointed. Almost immediately I was asked what I was shopping for - within minutes she had a dressing room FULL of all kinds of jeans - different styles, shades, and sizes, as I didn't know what size I was anymore. She checked in a few times and continued to come back with even more pairs to try on. She gave me some great insight into the 3 pairs I had it narrowed down to and made it easy to pick my top 2 (I came in hoping to find 2 pairs). I cannot say enough good things about my experience and how good I felt when I left. Hands down would recommend them and can't...
