Round Up Saloon — Restaurant in Fargo

"I had a terrible experience at this bar. The bartender ( Nicole) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She seemed disinterested in serving me and took forever to take my order. When I brought it to her attention she became even more unprofessional and displayed more poor customer service. She refuse to serve me. Normally, I wouldn’t pay much attention to such poor service, but it was obvious that this was malicious childish behavior considering it was a two week timeframe between me telling her about her poor customer service and her refusing to serve me.

I honestly recommend that she be terminated and never work in a job or position of serving customers again. obviously she don’t have the mental or emotional security to deal with Reality when it comes to customer service in her ability to meet the needs of the customer.

Luckily enough, it was another employee there that came to the rescue and made a complete difference in my night with great customer service and a friendly personality.

Every other time I’ve been here, I had a great experience, but these two times, have left me less than impress with this bartender/server that should be fired. I would highly recommend sitting at a table being served instead of the bar if you ever are presented with this less than professional, childish human being name Nicole at this...

Food is pretty good . I've only eaten there a couple of times although I go there often. If you go there for e tabs you might as well go to the bar to get your drink since most of the bartenders and waitstaff will ignore you unless you flag them down. There are 2 female staff members Shelby and Robin that will come and ask who do a really great job and are very attentive but if they aren't there then good luck. I was there yesterday early afternoon and the bartender came and asked no problem but once she left people on the machines were ignored except for one lady who obviously knew the male server Logan. unfortunately I do not know any names except for Logan who is the one that ignores people the most. I'll be giving this place a one star after my last visit. There are a couple good bartenders but this one is so very rude and disrespectful I will not be going back. Wish I could put names on this it would make it so much better then giving a decent business a bad review. They walk around like I should be doing their job for them. Giving me wrong drinks on purpose or literally going around me and not serving me is kind of annoying.
