Going to this Herbalife shop USED to be the highlight of my day when Karisa, Andy and their awesome staff worked there! Such uplifting people to be around! I used to think it this was the best one in town and i knew i could always count on a positive smile from all of the workers there no matter the time of the day. They always kept a clean, friendly and welcoming environment. Amazing customer service. Great business owners. They actually cared about their customers not only as customers, but as people. They’ve built great relationships with their customers, which I haven’t found at any other shops in the past. To many, this wasn’t just a business, but all of the staff made personal connections with anyone that walked through the door which gave such a family/home feel. Sara, the person that is there now that TOOK this shop from them put Karisa, Andy and their staff through so much emotional trauma that you often see narcissists do, leaving the staff and their families without jobs. She took away everything they’ve built and crushed their dreams just for her own personal gain. That is the most disgusting thing you could ever do to someone. She is an incredibly malicious, manipulative and toxic person with poor morals that only cares about money. She does not care about anyone that gets in her way.

Personally, i could NEVER support a small business where the owner is okay with treating people like they are little to nothing, and thats uses people for their own benefit. I will NOT be back to this place.

7 Below was the only shake and tea place I actually liked going to. Not just because of their products, but because of the people. Karisa and Andy were the most sweetest and humble couple I know. They took the time to get to you know, and just like that both personal facts about me and my order, were memorized. I loved going in there, even if it was just for a quick 5 minutes because they always made my day better. I could tell this was Karisa’s passion and it made the products so much better. This new owner however, made me dislike 7 Below so much, I couldn’t keep coming. Do not rob someone of their passions because you’re hungry for money. Let those do what they do best! Get Sara out NOW!

Scrolling through reviews and it seems some people have a few things mixed up… The “old owners”, if you choose to call them that, we’re nothing but rude to my husband and I whenever we went in. They would treat the other customers just fine and completely ignore us just because we are loyal to Sara. The shakes and teas they would make tasted terrible and we would have to throw them away every time. Sara and Eric are some of the kindest and caring people I have ever met! It’s completely bizarre to me that people are posting “reviews” about Sara’s character a whole 2 days before the doors even open and without meeting her… I will say, my husband and I went in for a tea today and a daily dose of Sara and Eric and it was just the start we needed to our Friday!!
