Recently had a phenomenal experience with this shop and owner. I purchased a Yamaha PW50 and PW80 from a neighbor/friend moving out of town who had issues with both bikes running. PW50 was first priority for the kiddos and I worked with 2 shops (off I35 toward Lewisville area) that charged an obscene amount for diagnostics/troubleshooting….labor hours equitable to Audi dealership and “uncertain” how many hours needed to diagnose. Garbage customer service with no set expectation, except to spend more than what the bike was worth. Called “Q” at RPM, and he and his mechanic worked with me to get the bike diagnosed, fixed and riding again in 24 hrs for less cost than 2 labor hours at the other 2 shops I worked with. Taking the PW80 in this week to get running so our family can get back in the dirt, making memories. Q is awesome to work with and follows up/follows through better than most shops or auto dealers I’ve worked with. Will definitely be a repeat customer and my kiddos loved the shop.

Do not shop here. I put a deposit down for my 2 boys ATV Christmas presents. Was told they had 250 units coming in in time for Christmas. I called them on Dec. 22 they told me to come pay for them and I could pick up from the warehouse. Drove an hour to get there paid and drove to the warehouse only to find the did not have the ATVs. They wanted to sell me a more expensive ATV. I told them I wanted my money back they said they would write me a check. I did not trust that the check would not bounce. These people are not to be trusted. Take your business some where else. To top it off the boys will not be getting their Christmas presents. Customer service was extremely bad. Another reason not to buy here. Found out that most places will not work on the Tao ATVs that this place sells. Parts are extremely hard to find and they start breaking down within a year. Pay a little more and get a quality product. Check with other powersport places...
