I had a problem with my order so I went back through the drive through to have it corrected...and when I came back around through the drive through was closed and the staff completely ignored me, granted it was 2 min after close and they literally just handed me my order.I knocked on the window and there was an extremely over weight woman with the headset still on, and two other employees ,they seriously pretended like they didn't see us. I contacted the manager the next day and to my surprise, I was extremely impressed with his support and willingness to correct the issue. For compensation he offer to replace my order plus 1 addl, so I decided to take my kids to grab another ice cream. I got there and a ghetto old black man with gold front teeth (breath probably stank) was first off, skeptical to take the order, looked in this white binder and found my. Name...I asked him for extra in both blizzards (granted I paid for extra initially) he rolled his eyes, laughed and walked away from the window... I'm sitting here completely confused at this point...Should I just drive off? He didn't ask what size or anything. well the blizzard AGAIN was the exact same... basically vanilla ice cream with Oreo stuffed in the middle. With the skimp Oreo blizzard he gave, along with his RUDE ATTITUDE, you would of thought Dairy Queen took $3.00 out of his paycheck to purchase Oreo's. There are far more ice cream place to spend my money at. I've never in my life been to a Dairy Queen and had to have anything remade...Y'all need to retrain your staff or rehire new people that are willing and happy to be there, obviously the people you have in there now CLEARLY...

When I pulled up to the speaker, no one greeted me or asked for my order. So I said āhello?ā Nothing. But then I hear voices and can tell thereās a conversation going on in the background. Someone sneezes. I say hello again but they were still talking so I figured they didnāt hear. I waited until it got quiet and said āhello?ā, this time a little louder but not in a rude way. I then receive a loud and VERY sarcastic HELLOO back - which was so rude that I was in shock. I answered āWow. Thereās no reason to be so rude, I was just trying to see if anyone was there.ā The woman then replies āI wasnāt being rude but I said helloā. And I said, āWell Iāve been sitting here for a few minutes and all I heard was a couple of people talking and someone sneezed.ā And she retorted, āwell I didnāt sneezeā and then a manās voice came on and said āmaāam we arenāt going to take your order todayā. And I said āI couldnāt agree with you moreā and drove away. As I drove to a different DQ (hey, we really wanted blizzards), I tried calling to speak with a manager, but no one ever answered and the call just stopped. Avoid this place at all costs - and if you want friendly service, go to the location off of Southwestern Blvd in Coppell. The employees there were friendly and respectful. They even listened to my harrowing recap (after they asked me how my day was going when I paid at the window) and knew exactly which DQ location I was talking about - so this place has a reputation. After the third time she said hold on because she was talking with someone e else to. Ma'am if you are talking with someone else why start to take our order? I asked her to repeat the order and she still got it wrong. We repeated once more and we get the receipt and, you guessed it, wrong again. So I tried to get her attention to let her know its wrong before she made it and she ignored us. So the manager comes to the window ans saw us waving and she chose to ignore us as well. I then laid on the horn to get her attention an the manager proceeds to open the window so hard that it made a very loud sound and said that she had other customers. I then let her know that what she should have said was give her a minute instead of ignoring us. At this point the drive thru worker decided that she wanted to have a stare down contest with me. The manager did not want to give us a receipt for our return, and when I called her out on it she got mad and said she wasn't finish with the transaction, girl stop. Is this the customer service we are giving DQ? Do better with your people. As a food service worker myself I would have never let what happened today ever happen again.
