Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Farmers Branch

This place is hit or miss. This is why they got a second star. I ordered my food, loaded tiny tacos and 2 regular tacos a d a LG drink. Well, the little red haired keyhole took my card and, after texting someone for a bit gave me my card back, and then the drink with the lid not o. All the way... maybe she was distracted by whatever was in the text or maybe things happen...

I'm handed my bag, it was light so I checked it... the tiny tacos had no toppings, it was wrong and I pointed it out. I was asked to pull around. There was already a car there so I opted to throw away my trash at the can next to the drive. Little red haired key holder girl yelled at me in a nasty tone. So I pulled around.

She locked all of the doors (how I know she had the keys) bizarre at 645 but whatever, not my problem. The cook brought me my food and asked me for the old tacos back... which, okah, but leaves me wondering if he's eating them (if so great, waste not) or are they going to give them to someone else? I choose 5o believe the first option, but it leaves me wondering.

I stop here a lot, don't recall having seen these two before, thr normal girls weren't there, but the regulars are the reason they got 3 stars...

This place is good for fast food. Nothing special, but their tacos and also egg-rolls are fantastic and are a good option for a quick meal. The tacos are also perfect for hangover relief, lol. Seriously, they work wonders for a stomach thats churning from overindulging the night before. The only thing negative I can say is that it is very frequent that the prices charged, do not match the prices shown on menu. Only off by a few cents, but still, I dont like inconsistencies on pricing. It always makes you wonder if someone is pocketing 50cents on every order??? But, since this place was remodeled a few years ago, the employees here have been exceptional. Most of them care about the customer and the order, or at minimum, they truly act like they care. Very horrible experience at this location. I did online order that was done incorrectly and I report this to Manager Cindy who gave me wrong kind of feedback. I pick up my order it was hard cold and there wasn't any meat on my order. Plus when I told them stuff was missing , manager Cindy was more concern about how many condiments I request than the priority of the order being correct. If she put same energy in order being fixed correctly, my food wouldn't taste so horrible or almost crack my teeth from how hard it was. Attitude she gave me when I approached her with thank you and how you doing was not call for. If your having bad day you don't reflect it on your customers .I won't be going back to this location any more. They don't know how to fix the food right and no concern for customers. That is not...
