3 times I have sat at drive thru following recorded greeting awaiting to order & eventually realizing no one is there. 2 times went inside to check it out after viewing signs on doors stating they are closed inside use drive thru & they are just sitting talking & say oops we’re closed. L I have never had a bad experience at any other Tim Hortons out of the 20-30 I’ve visited locally, i believe in giving 2nd, 3rd & sometimes more chances, but unfortunately I just continued to be a glutton for punishment & disappointment by trying to utilize the drive thru a couple weeks ago again following a car ahead of me that appeared to place an order, then waited after the greeting, a car lined up behind me as well. The first car returned to let us know they verified its not open. Then my final straw was 12/8 6:40pm., placed an online pick up order for approximately $24.00, credit card was charged & drive thru greeting came , then nothing. Per the gas station attendant they are attached to the closed hours earlier. Now I am awaiting a response and refund for this & it’s no sweat off their back. I have clearly voiced my disappointment in this location with Tim Hortons & I don’t believe this location is a good representative of Tim Hortons & unless someone from corporate can work with them to improve the location they should not remain ambassadors of the brand. If the owner is aware or perpetrating this inconsistent schedule, leaving systems on, disregard of customers & other poor business decisions I hope they receive direction. If it is employees doing this then I hope the owner is able to recover from all of the issues. Read moreThis restaurant is serving spoiled food and as a Canadian Transplant I am deeply disappointed.
On July 6th, 2021 (2:51pm) I was running late for lunch, and stopped at the drive thru 24205 Orchard Lake Road, Farmington Hills MI 48336. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and was served rotten eggs.
Unfortunately I discovered the eggs were bad after wolfing down the sandwich. I took the remaining egg back to the store and showed it to the young man serving in the roles of the Order taker, Food Server, Cashier and Customer Service Rep. (in both the walk-in store and drive thru (only person on staff)).
He said there was little he could do, while seeming genuinely concerned he attempted to call his manager on his mobile phone , then reported that the manager was busy running his other businesses.
I explained to the young man the deep betrayal of the public trust to be serving spoiled food, then to have my concerns seemingly disregarded and that such "Cost Saving" measures could take someone's life or cause them to be gravely ill.
He remarked that there is nothing he could do for me. Please avoid this store until they can operate with public health & safety...
Read moreI took my family out for a ride & we decided to try the new Tim Hortons by our house unfortunately the young lady on the drive thru spilled my wife drink on the counter & she just picked up & clean up her drink in front of us We can’t believe it! Unfortunately we don’t like confrontation so we just paid & left we are no going back! we felt bad for the owners of the gas station ⛽️ & The coffee shop because with these kind of staff the will go out of business 🔜! I hope this review helps management to train their employees specially in the middle of COVID-19 they cannot pick up cold drinks from the counters & sells to their costumers I don’t even want those drinks for free!
