Halsted Village — Local services in Farmington Hills

After calling and making sure with customer service that they would have the item available for us at the counter three or four times before going, we arrived at the store to not only have nobody working at the customer service counter, but nobody even acknowledged us as we stood there for 20 minutes. There seem to be three employees in the entire store, all of which were extremely busy. Nobody said hi or welcome or anything for over 30 minutes.
