10/9/22 - Years ago, when they first built this location, it was decent. The deli was fully stocked, the staff was friendly and diverse, and there were plenty of shelf selections. But new self checkouts were a bit picky & no one liked the single-stall restrooms for both employees & customers.
Today, you can tell they're desperate for workers when both corners are littered with "help wanted" signs. The whole deli dept is Way overdue for a deep clean; I'm saving you the horrors, but the meat & cheese slicer had residue on it I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. If OSHA or the Health Department of Michigan wasn't as corrupt as our political offices, I'd be writing them as well.
The staff were selfish & ignorant-- ironically the store manager was on the floor giving out tasks to every worker there like they didn't know their own jobs. I don't mind a high school undergrad returning carts or playing janitor, but the bottle return maintenance dude, who cleaned the machines, was clearly under some influence as I waited in line to return my bottles & cans.
The restrooms still haven't changed, and it takes one elderly customer to wreck it for the rest of us. And that is exactly what happened. This store needs a huge remodel with bigger public restooms, more bottle return machines, & a better way of...

Upon leaving the store and checking my receipt I seen the price for the 2 items and went back to the CS counter to be met by an older white woman with gray hair. Wow how much she must hate her job, At first was ok then started arguing about how much the items where after checking and seeing there was no price tag on the shelf ( I have bought the item close 100 times in my life ) basically laughing in my face, Insisting I was wrong every time I said anything and refusing to refund the difference in any way.
Clearly someone placed the wrong price codes in the system. This was not a mistake on her end she knew something was wrong at denied it. Likely treats everyone like this including her employees.
I avoid this location as a local at all cost now and from reading other reviews looks like nothing will change and she gets to keep her job no matter what she does, Turns out she is a manager so I'm glad I didn't even bother to ask for one for her to say the famous line "I am...

First, I tried to purchase two pillows on sale in the summer 70% off department and they rang up $20.00 instead of $6.00. I went to customer service and she caught me tooth and nail to not change it to the sale price, saying she was there yesterday when they marked EVERYTHING and if it didn’t ring up it wasn’t on sale. Another lady came after me with the same problem on another item. I call today to place a hold on some outdoor furniture and she said to call back in an hour because the lady that handles that department is out to lunch. I ask her if there is someone else to help, she said no. I asked her if she knew how many were available and she said “no, I have no idea, that’s not my department.” Isn’t your department “customer service”??? They ought to be ashamed.
