I did not have a good experience with this store. The dad, Kevin, took on my business to make my wedding band back in late May, and he said he would do his best to finish it by the end of June. Well, he tried, but the ring was not ready and needed more work. Then, sometime in July, they had something going on, and I did not hear back until early August, so I called the store for updates. Kevin was on vacation, but his son, Harout, assisted while his dad was away. During our visit, we mentioned to Harout that the ring was not quite done and needed a few changes, and he said he would pass that information to his dad. We called, and Kevin answered the phone. He said he would call back but never did. Days later, we tried again and finally got an answer from Harout, scheduling a visit to the store. Now it is the first week of September. We went to the store, and Kevin tried to convince me that the ring I had already seen was good enough and would fit my engagement ring, which my fiancé knew was not true. He used much more material to make the ring, and he was losing money, but he claimed he "cared about my satisfaction." So I told them I wouldn't accept the ring as is, and they refunded my money after I waited over three months. I am not saying these are bad people, but they really LACK COMMUNICATION with their clients. Kevin can say many things about how wonderful he will make the ring; he is an experienced jewelry maker and will make it happen. Still, he is a good talker so I will just be very careful if you want to do business with him, I will try to micromanage on how they are working on your order and make sure they can really make it possible and no wait too long to discover they won’t be able to do it and leave you there closer to your wedding day.
