I have eaten here twice and there will not be a third.

The first time the food was excellent but the service was extremely poor and slow. The staff ignore do our numerous requests to flag them down to correct our order and get refills

Once the corrections were made to our dinners, the food was extremely good. I told my wife that we should go back that everyone is entitled to an “off day”.

When we returned for a second time weeks later I quickly wished I hadn’t come back. We were one of only four tables in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for the waiter to come over and give us a menu, just one menu for a table of 4. It took another 15 minutes for him to return to take our order.

I ordered four orders of naan, one for each of us. The waiter proceeded to argue with me, “that is too much naan, you cannot order four”. I politely repeated to him I know how much naan we eat and please bring out the four orders of naan. We placed our order. He shook his head and walked away.

Here we are 35 minutes later, order placed and not even any water yet. Our appetizers came out and one of them was wrong, I repeatedly tried to get the waiters attention but was ignored

Both my wife and I ordered our food with a spice level of “no spice” so the kids could have some. Half of my wife’s order came to the table, her salad and naan did not come out. Her food was so spicy she could barely eat it, and we do eat spicy food regularly.

The naan came out several minutes later and he only brought three. I said something, he told me, “I told you 4 naan is too much” I could have flipped the fu%*$ng table at that point. My food still wasn’t out yet.

20 minutes after my wife’s dish came out. My biryani came out. At this point we’d been in the restaurant over an hour and 15 minutes. We had not had one refill either.

I walked to the register and asked to be cashed out. My waiter came over and asked how everything was, I politely told him his service was terrible and the food wasn’t any better.

He replied, “well, it happens when we get busy”.

My experience trying to book the party-hall and food with them for a birthday party was not very good. First of all, their owner (Mr. Amardeep) is not a very approachable person. I wanted to get a taste of the food that I plan to add to the menu, and he made me buy each individual item separately without giving any small samples or anything. Spent about $70 to try out some menu items which I was confused about! (since they had some policy that they won't give small portions which is fair enough) . And finally, I wanted to book the party hall a, he stopped responding to my messages. I had about 3 months time before the party, so I went ahead with another restaurant without actually knowing what the owner's issue with me was. As per me, he should either communicate to me with an Yes/No regarding the party hall. Anyways time goes on, then about two weeks before the scheduled event (which is about 8 weeks after my last message to him), he responds to me by saying he agree to the terms and will provide me the party hall. Obviously, I asked him to mind his own business and try not to text me ever. lol. other than some lack of professionalism from this owner, the restaurant has a decent party hall which I liked.
