I feel like the main supervisor and piercing man is great overall . Other employees it's really a hit and miss. Like today I came to get a forever bracelet and she had me wait just to tell me I can't get it today . Mind you I did drive from Waterbury, so , it was inconsiderate because if you couldn't do it you should have told me right away. Not say that I need to wait till she is done with a customer and then tell me that you will not be doing it .

I wish this was my first incident with this store. Before there was a girl that just wasn't nice . And when I needed help just stood at the door as a waited and asked to look at something . At first I understood maybe she was helping someone else , but when she was done she just stood at the door and did not acknowledge me or the person I was with until another employee asked her to help me. This is my second time getting pierced by Eli in the westfarms mall location. This time it was the rook piercing.
