I was greeted by friendly staff as I walked in who asked if I needed help with anything. I said I wanted to just look and narrow my choices independently. The salesman checked in briefly 2-3 times in the hour I ‘tried out’ recliners. Typically, I am inundated by zealous staff eager to push me into a purchase and that is a turn-off for me. When I left, I told them I wanted to wait for my granddaughter to come in with me. All the clerk said was to tell me the store hours. I felt no pressure at all. When I returned with my granddaughter a few days later, a different salesman helped but with the same gentle spirit. She and I made a choice and check out was easy and respectful. FREE Delivery was arranged for the same day!!! The two delivery guys were respectful of my home and moved furniture for me to accommodate my new purchase. I will definitely shop here again and recommend...

I cannot say enough about this store! I have an older (but loved) recliner that was having a mysterious problem with the electronics. These people went above and beyond in their service! Knowing that both my husband and I are disabled and needed this chair, they actually came to my home repeatedly so I didn’t have to haul it into the store for the repairs! They actually talked to the Colorado store where I purchased the chair to get my model number and other information, called in the part order and I cannot begin to express how much I appreciated their help! From the store employees to the repair gentlemen, never have I had better service! They even came to my rescue when they came to the house once and I was having a problem! Pure gentlemen! Best customers service ever, my 91 year old dad's lift chair broke. Bedrooms plus came out and looked at it but could not repair it . Chair was not purchased there but they were able to repair a few years ago, when they called on the parts they were no longer making the parts for that chair so we purchased a new chair from bedrooms plus at 3 in the afternoon and they were able to deliver the same day.
