This was a call in order . I waited 6 minutes and 47 seconds on hold , was told my order would be ready in 35 minutes. Got to the place to pick up my food had to wait in line for 15 minutes, customers who were Already their were in line again to ask for status on their pizza’s, others stepped out of line because they said they were in line too long, the service was not up to any high standards, was disappointing. By the time I got to the line, the only worker on the POS stepped away to do other things, came back and took a call in order and finally got to me.was told one order of my wings was not done, most likely not started. Waited 30 minutes for my wings, the order was done and cashier was busy handling one customer for the longest time, had to get her attention to check on my take out, she finally got it to me. This was a long process , asked her who we complain to, she said “me I’m the manager.” Told her my experience, gave her some suggestions, did not raise my voice but was told this not her fault “she’s not the manager but the assistant manager and later said I’m not the owner , this is what you get on a Friday night”. So please beware that your gonna wait over an hour and have to keep checking on your order status. But remember their philosophy “it’s not their fault this is what a Friday night is like.” There should be two cashiers to take orders, there should be a higher standard to check on the existing customers because it’s pathetic the customer has to stand back in line to get refills or get a status on their order, the swap cooler system sucks, place was muggy, the manager was unprofessional she needs to step up her game and get someone to help her pour alcohol drafts, get additional sides, and be her runner. Poorly managed. Too long of a wait time for call in order. And I only got one order of smokes wings and saw they baked my second order it was unsmoked, so waste of money, by the time it was done my two pizzas that sat on the side while the wings cooked were cold. Atmosphere was good, the music volume was right so you could hear it and yet still have a conversation, therefore it gets a 4. Pizza took what I would expect, about 20 mins. We ordered two 10 inch pizzas. One was a Rocky Marciano and the other was custom blackened chicken with olive oil, cheese, mushrooms and basil. For me they were over baked, the crust came out a little dry so it was crispy but there was no chew left to it. It also dried out the toppings which basically depleted the flavor and it made the chicken and mushrooms tough. Maybe it was a product of being busy and kitchen staff a little overwhelmed. My server (Zach) forgot my beer order and only brought it after I reminded him. He was also the only person behind the counter not wearing gloves while making pizza—unfortunately, it was my pizza he was preparing. When I asked for another beer, he told me I had to finish the one I had first. Meanwhile, the man next to me, who still had about 3/4 of his beer left, was offered another without hesitation. As a woman, I couldn't help but feel there was a double standard at play—whether due to gender, nationality, or both. The inconsistency and discomfort I experienced were disappointing and concerning.
