If I could rate a 0 I would. I had ordered food at 7:31 on a Saturday night, the app said it would be at my location at 8:17 and around 8:30 I was thinking they were busy as the app did say it could take longer. About 8:45 I looked up what time they close, the website said 9 so I call to make sure they aren’t going to cancel my order when they close and the lady that I was talking to reassured me that they would not do that and that the delivery driver was on his way bringing me my food but how she knew that I wasn’t sure because she didn’t even ask my name or what order I had placed. Not to mention my boyfriend had already called once before me asking the same questions. Once again they close at 9 and it’s currently 10:15 and I’m still waiting on an order that I’m sure is not showing up by now. Not that Mikasa workers know this and probably can’t read minds but I’m pregnant working as a server right now and just want some good food. I’ve never eaten here but wanted to try it…. I’m so disappointed, truly I’m very hurt that I’m still not sure if they’re even going to show up with my food and they just got held back or if I’m not going to get it at all. I even feel that they are so careless that they aren’t even going to read this review. I’ve never left a review in my life and the fact that my first review is to be completely negative towards a company and act like a “Karen” is...

I got sick eating their Sushi before. Gave me H Pylori a bacteria that infested my stomach. Needed to get on Antibiotics 3 times to kill it. From that exposure i got bad Gerd and it took me over a year to recover to semi normal. The bacteria did some damage and with the hospitals here not being super familiar with this problem it took them a whole year to figure this out. I had problems right after eating here and im 100% sure it came from the Sushi. I looked into how that bacteria grows and is spread an it all lined up. I believe they have a Tainted water system here, or the fish and aquatic animals they get get bacteria from being shipped or stored. But something isn't right with the Sushi.

I ate their other food it's ok, but the portions are small. Not worth the price tbh.

Tbh how are we even expecting good sushi this far into the desert. Im just surprised it wasn't a tape worm or parasites that i got.

Im also not the only one who got this problem apparently from talking with...

Food: was okay , we got the sushi lunch but there was no salad given. We didn't bother to ask since we were already full from the soup and drinks we got. Our milk tea is watery too.

Service: our server was okay, however she got the smell of cigarette which was un appetizing while we were eating. Also, when we went inside the person on the counter did not bother us she was on her phone all the time talking on her language.

We also observed that the guy who is making rolls keep on talking , while making it. It would be better if he got a mask on

Atmosphere: parking at the back smells like sewage , disgusting.

Also, from what I observed , one of the servers serve something on the wrong table unintentionally, and the people ate it . From my understanding , the server will be paying it.

My experience was off, there was a language barrier on some of the workers. Good thing the food was compensated from the experience we had. It was our first to...

Why did i give this place a second chance, just to be disappointed again. The orange chicken i ordered was most bread, no chicken at all. And the chicken that was cooked was dry like jerky. Today, i also ordered some spring rolls. Tell me why these are old, not freash. The wrapping tasted hard and old. And i can't believe how small they are too. Came to this place for lunch and tell me why the white rice tasted like it's a day old and reheated up. That's was very bad white rice. The chicken was way overcooked and dry. Not to mention, this Asian little girl named Christian was very rude when I came to pick up my order. If you're having a bad day, stay home or don't work the front counter. She had this bad looking face as if she was mad at the world because she had to work. Maybe it was her mom and day that made her work today when she just wanted to stay home and be in her phone all day. I'm never coming here again.

They're open late, which is a plus - but the food is only so-so, and service is slow. Something seemed off about the consistency of the rice in the sushi rolls, but the tempura house special roll with eel was pretty good. The miso soup was bland - and not in the good "this is a simple dish to cleanse your palate" way, but more in a "this tastes like it's been watered down and has been sitting in a vat all day" kind of way. The side salad that comes with certain lunch items is simply depressing. I was hoping I could choose the seaweed salad, but instead I was stuck with a sad little heap of iceberg lettuce chunks with a drizzle of mystery sauce.

We've been feasting at Mikasa since it opened. This event was a take out order. All went smooth yet our sweet & sour shrimp ended up chicken. In less than 5 minutes after picking up, my phone was ringing. The manager was on the line apologizing for the mix up. (Normally I'd be the one calling if it were anyone other). He allowed us to keep the chicken and return for the shrimp. So, SO glad we did. What service! And the shrimps were delightful and XL. The pic speaks for itself. Thanks Mikasa again and again.
