Just had a phenomenal experience at Bisti Bikes! I came in on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Bisti has a good inventory of pre-owned bikes. Most of them look brand new! What I was most impressed with however was the top notch customer service and incredible expertise. Sheldon the owner, and Hayden the bike tech were so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I also really appreciated the fact that they were never condescending about my lack of knowledge around cycling. I was so impressed in fact, that I came back during the week to purchase a tri-bike. I had only intended to buy a single bike for myself however because of their competitive pricing and first class customer service I ended up getting a bike for the whole family, as well as, several other accessories.

An employee actually came out and helped me adjust my new bike rack correctly, we were given very insightful recommendations for touring the area, maintenance for our used and new bikes, we learned about programs to help our kids develop their skills and meet ups for Motocross! It is located on a delightful strip of independent businesses, a skate shop, diner, dispensary,tattoo parlour and a museum . I was in from out of town, with my bike, but had forgotten my helmet. I was bummed and moping, but then I thought what if I call a local bike shop and ask if they have anything I can use? Not only did they let me borrow a helmet free of charge, but they took the time to acquaint with some of the local trails and what to expect.
