Boot Barn — Local services in Farmington

Well, for starters, we were greeted with a sideways over the shoulder greeting, which is okay. Who really cares about being greeted as they walk in, I sure don't. What was a huge disappointment was the lack of service. I noticed several employees but not one of them asked if they could help me find something. I walked around and around trying to find what I was looking for. Then it became a game as I obviously showed I need ed, help, but not one employee showed any interest in helping. So I walked out and I will not return to the Farmington location. For those that do not need assistance, I will say, the store seemed well stocked. This is a nice place to get boots when your not arriving with the company you work for. Meaning when I was there I saw the prices the week before the company I work for was to arrive and sort of picked out what I wanted. So the following week I went back and our company called before to let them know we are coming on which day. So I get back and go straight to the boots I wanted and saw prices were adjusted higher and another employee said his had two prices and they told him they will honor it for one hour. New higher price stickers were placed over the original price tags, so I'm sorta thinking why higher prices and like damn we already suffering...

Did research before arriving at the Farmington store but wasn't prepared for the level of professionalism and courtesy of the staff. One clerk helped me find just the right Cody James hat. And it was not even the color I thought I wanted. Then she brought out Jesse, a real craftsman of custom shaping. I explained what I thought I wanted and he said he could "put a brick in it." That was the real deal and I got to watch him work it and then add my new hatband. Couldn't be happier with the hat and would recommend this store...
